The book reveals the theme of central banks from a standpoint that are different from traditional interpretations of liberal economic science. The author shows that the Central Bank is not only an institution that provides money, it also controls the banking sector of the economy. And over time, he begins to actively command the whole economy.
The most important feature of central banks is their “independent” status: they actually fall out of state control. But they function not on their own, but under the control of the “owners of money” and carry out their activities exclusively in their interests.
