Causes of economic crime. Textbook

The manual was built on the basis and motives of the special course of the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafin (MGUA) The concept, signs, types of economic crime are considered, a brief retrospective analysis of its causes is given and its trends are determined. Certain types of economic crime are more meaningfully set out: against property, against intellectual property and others. The personality of an economic criminal, as well as the identity of the victim from economic crime, is also described independently.
The causes of economic crime are studied both within the framework of a separate chapter and through through analysis through all the manual.
