The book is an alloy of arguments in favor of a negative assessment of the activities of Russian banks for the use of their plastic cards. The presented conclusions and considerations are based on the actual material, which is analyzed by the author in several years. Practice shows that Russia in banking should be attentive to borrowing foreign professional practices, protecting national priorities, developing the domestic economy, personal life of citizens, from financial scams and fraud in economic relations. The current behavior of Russian banks is not aimed at the socialization of the economy, at the comfortable life of citizens of society, which financially increasingly becomes a debt bondage, deforming public consciousness that turns the personality into a clot of negative vices, into an appendage of uncertain economic prospects.
