In the work, topical issues of the implementation of the policy of the Russian Railways in the field of material and technical support of structural units of railway transport are revealed.
Based on the results of theoretical studies of the system management of business processes of material and technical support for railway transport, diversification of the supply of supply bodies, the concept has been formulated and a tree of management goals has been developed, as well as formalized the existing business processes of the material and technical support system.
Recommendations for the introduction of the developed algorithms and models are long-term and can increase the efficiency of the system for providing the material and technical resources of railway enterprises.
Monographic materials will be useful to the heads and specialists of the logistics of Rosheldorsnab and can be used in scientific studies of undergraduates and graduate students interested in the issues of material, information and financial support for railway transport
