The gloomy picture of the development and formation of domestic business prompted the author to take on a careful study of entrepreneurship in modern conditions in order to find the causes of such a low survival of firms and, if possible, determine the main principles of unlimited management. Based on scientific research and personal experience, the author offers a socio-psychological analysis of anti-crisis management. Practical recommendations have been developed to ensure the survivability of firms in the modern conditions of our state. The study was conducted for 18 years. Unlike foreign publications, the analysis and recipes proposed here are applicable to the features of life in our country.
