Our first book, "Business as a game", in fact, consisted of 140 stories about how we built a network and what difficulties on all fronts we met. To our great happiness, everyone in the team knew what to do (or how to use his head to find out).
And then we encountered growth problems. When we became more than 200 people, training began to be lost, which was personally put at the very beginning.
