This is a book about real stories of personal transformation of leaders.
In the first part of the book, Olga Lukina, a consultant for the personal development of leaders - set out her professional views and values on working with leaders and their team. The goals, features, dynamism of this work, the complexity that the therapist faces. In this part, some concepts from psychoanalytic therapy are explained, which are used in stories in the second part of the book.
The second part is six stories from the practice of working with leaders. They reflect the pain and depth of the dead end, which encourages leaders to seek help. Indeed, for this type of people, this is very difficult: they are used to always being strong and decide on their own any life difficulties not only for themselves, but also for other people.
The author shows the most turning points in the lives of the heroes who took place as they recognized themselves real, how they learned to express their feelings and requests, how they learned to love themselves and their loved ones, how they learned to neatly and consciously dispose of its leadership force
