The training manual sets out the basic principles and methods of management. The objective laws of management, their significance and influence on the mechanism of management of the organization, the impact of the use of the tools of the fourth industrial revolution on the quality and efficiency of the management system are considered. The control mechanism used depends on the type of organization. The management types of organizational structures are briefly set out. The organization management process is considered, including such management tools as the goal, mission and management functions, as well as working time management.
