The proposed textbook sets out a exchange rate on the bankruptcy of business entities, and also contains material on the bankruptcy of citizens due to the special significance of this short story. In the work, such basic categories as "insolvency", "bankruptcy", "insufficiency", "insufficiency of property" were analyzed, and legal laid the debtor, various categories of creditors, their collegial bodies (meeting and committee of creditors), arbitration manager, self -regulatory organization of arbitration arbitral aisles have been studied. Managers, investigated measures to prevent insolvency and judicial procedures of bankruptcy, revealed the features of bankruptcy of certain categories of debtors - organizations, as well as an individual entrepreneur.
