The textbook was prepared by the team of the Department of Entrepreneurial Law of the Ural State Law Academy and was addressed primarily to students of law universities. It includes three sections: the first is devoted to general issues of banking law and banking legislation, the second - the banking system of Russia, the third - legal regulation of banking operations and banking transactions. When writing it, modern regulatory and literary sources were used, including the main scientific publications on the chosen topic.
A textbook can be recommended for students, graduate students and teachers of non -legal universities, practitioners working in the banking sector, as well as everyone who is interested in banking law issues.
The publication was prepared according to the state of the legislation for March 2010.
