The proposed monograph comprehensively sets out the problem of audit and compliance from the standpoint of legal regulation, scientific understanding and practice of application. The history, Russian and foreign experience of the audit are highlighted, the normative and theoretical foundations of audit and audit activities are represented, the main trends in legislation and law enforcement practice in this area were identified. Conceptual provisions on compliance are analyzed, the ratio of compliance with other types of internal control is shown. The problems of antitrust, banking, anti -corruption, sanctions compliance, as well as compliance in the areas of export control and bankruptcy were examined in detail.
