The manual for the implementation of practical works on the MDK “Assessment of real estate” for students of the specialty “Land and Military Relations” is intended for the formation of relevant professional competencies (PC): to collect and process the necessary and sufficient information about the object of evaluation and similar objects, to make calculations on evaluation object of evaluation based on applicable approaches and methods of evaluation, summarize the results obtained by approaches, and give a reasonable conclusion about the total value of the valuation object, calculate the estimated cost of buildings and structures in accordance with the current standards and the methods used, classify buildings and structures in accordance with the adopted typology, draw up evaluative documentation in accordance with the requirements of regulatory acts governing legal relations in this area. The manual was developed in accordance with the work program of the professional module Determining the value of real estate. The purpose of this manual is to increase the efficiency of students and the teacher during practical classes within the framework of the contextual approach: the degree of independence and cognitive activity of students increases, the role of the teacher is reduced to counseling, more practical tasks are performed, the guide can also be used during independent audit and extracurricular work Students in the preparation and performance of practical work.
