Modern economic development involves the transformation of anti-crisis management into anti-crisis business regulation-a set of anti-crisis control systems for mega-, macro-, meso- and micro levels, each of which has its own goals and functions, uses its own tools and methods of exposure in the stable development of the economy and in crisis conditions.
The state, trends in the development of state regulation in the conditions of crisis in the insolvency (bankruptcy) of economics, organizational and legal foundations and the direction of improving the mechanism of functioning of the institution of self-regulation were analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the principles, methods of anti -crisis management in the organization in order to maintain business, to prevent crisis situations.
