The monograph contains an relevant study of the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for the formation of controlling in the economic entities of the agrarian sector of the economy on the platform of modern representations of the theory of systems. The possibility of using the modern provisions of the neo -system approach as a methodological basis for the formation of the control structure is substantiated. An assessment of the current state of control of the agro -industrial complex organizations was carried out, the definition of this concept, essence and features were detailed. The role of controlling in the management system of the agro -industrial complex is determined. The theory and methodological foundations of controlling are developed in order to form a logically completed unified control system as a mechanism for increasing the efficiency of the organization of the agricultural sector, and systemic controls of controlling are specified.
