This book discloses theoretical and practical aspects of automation of budget management at a trading and manufacturing plant using software solutions on the "1C: enterprise 8" platform. The methodology for the formation of planned and actual data on budgets in the program solution "1C: Managing the Production Enterprise", as well as current issues of creating financial and budgetary structures of the enterprise and the material incentive system based on the principles of management centers are considered. With regard to the proposed budget management techniques describes the possibilities of the program solution "1C: Managing the production enterprise" both in the Part of the Budgeting subsystem and in some other subsystems.
