The book examines the activity of the so-called group "32 "St. Petersburg priests-a vivid phenomenon of Russian church-public life at the beginning of the 20th century. The author managed to collect new rare archival documents covering the activities of the group, find letters of its participants, and trace their life path. Although all studies dedicated to the local cathedral of the Orthodox Russian Church 1917-1918 mention the group of "32, but an attempt to answer questions about what kind of important community had, for the first time, it was undertaken in this work. The history of the "32 -x "group is traced in its internal evolution, taking into account the personal characteristics of the most noticeable of its members (identified on the basis of the collection and analysis of their correspondence and other archival materials) Particular attention is paid to the cultural context in which this church movement arose and realized.
In applications to the monograph, the correspondence of one of the leaders of the "32 Prota group is also published for the first time. Konstantin Agggeeva with a professor at the Kyiv Theological Academy P.P.
