The monograph explores the prerequisites for the formation of Eurosceptic sentiments in Great Britain at the end of the 20th and beginning of the 21st century, related to the peculiarities of the economic, political, and legal systems of this country that led to the population's support for exiting the European Union. It analyzes the normative legal acts adopted during and after the exit from the EU, as well as constitutional transformations, including changes in constitutional traditions and customs. The consequences of Brexit for the constitutional and legal systems of the United Kingdom are demonstrated.
