Books temporary and figurative George the monk. Volume 1

Temporary and figurative books are the non -transient name of the ancient Russian monument, known as the Temporary of George the Monk, or the Chronicle of George Amartol. It is published according to the ancient list - the Trinity (Tver) manuscript of the beginning of the XIV century (RGB. Fund 173/1 MD 100) The manuscript contains only part of the chronicle (breaks off on the events of 553).
Part 1 of volume 1 contains the interpreted text of the manuscript: adds in comparison with Greek parallel text, and text losses are restored if possible. The appearance of a unique manuscript to some extent transmit photocopies and draw miniatures.
