The book Teѓelim is a collection of a hundred fifty poetic works: hymns, prayers, a teachings compiled by different authors in different times and era. Probably, the book is the second one by the value of the book of Tanah. Teuckle is a book of prayers with whom a person appeals to God. The Most High in Torah commanded a person to pray, but in the Tore itself there are no texts of the prescribed prayers - the creator left this work to people. Teuckle - the response of the people of Israel to the Almighty at his request: Let me hear your voice. The texts of Techilim arose under the influence of the Most High, under the influence of a prophetic spirit, overlooked by the person. As a result, the book is also drawn to God, and to man. After all, the Prophet is not only the one who carries the word of the Most High People. The Prophet also carries the word of people to the Most High.
