Saadja Gaon (882-942), or Saadja Ben Yosef, Arabic Said Ibn Yusuf Al-Fayum is one of the most famous Jewish wise men of Middle Ages, Rabbi, philologist, translator, poet and philosopher, the brightest representative of the Gaon era.
