"The Way of Bodhisattvai" (Bodhicharyavataru), the outstanding classic work of the Mahayana, is deeply honored by the Buddhists of all traditions. The composition of Shantideva embodies the highest image of compassion and reveals the ways to achieve it.
A new translation from Tibetsk to the English translation group "Padmakar", made taking into account the comments of the teacher of the tradition of Nyingma Kunzang Pelden, has been taken as the basis of this version of the text. The complex places of the Tibetan and English options are clarified with the participation of several prominent teachers of our time.
In addition to the full translation of the Bodhicharyavatars, the preface E. S. Dalai Lama, translators into English and Russian, entry and applications taken from the commentary of the Kunzang Pelden "Nectar of speech Mandzhushri" are included.
The new version of the non-unlucking classics of ancient India is timed to the 125th anniversary of the emergence of the Sanskrit version of this work in Russia
