Play by the rules! The current rules of the sport Chess

The first part is the official rules of the sport “Chess”, approved by order of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2017 No. 654 as amended by the Order of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation of December 19, 2017 No. 1087, they fully comply with the international rules of the FIDE.
In the second part, the main functions of the Swiss-Manager computer program are highlighted, practical recommendations for its use are given when organizing and conducting chess competitions.
