This is a story about how the doctor of psychology, Maria Kontinikova, became a champion in poker. At Columbia University, Kontinikova studied the decision -making mechanisms, in particular the relationship of skill and good luck in stressful situations, which formed the basis of the “greatest bluff”. Also, the source of inspiration for the book was the work of John von Neumann, the father of the game theory.
