Blueberry shoots have astringent, anti-inflammatory, hypoglycemic, bactericidal, and diuretic effects, relieve eye fatigue and improve visual acuity, help with diarrhea, diabetes, anemia, kidney stones, and relieve pain in rheumatism.
Indications for use: as a dietary supplement - a source of tannins, containing arbutin.
Contraindications: individual intolerance to components, pregnancy, breastfeeding.
Method of application and dosage: pour 1 teaspoon (2.0 g) or 1 tea bag (1.5 g - 2.0 g) with 1 glass (200 ml) of boiling water, infuse in a water bath for 15 minutes, strain or squeeze, adults should take 1/2 glass (100 ml) once a day during meals. The duration of intake is 1 month. Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
