Journalist Matvey could not refuse a friend's request to write an advertising article about a new mountain resort in Serbia with a poetic name 'Plava planina'. He arrived there with his girlfriend Yuliana, intending to spend a pleasant few New Year days. However, no tourists were met at the resort. The cottages stood hospitably open, tables were set in the restaurant, Christmas trees were decorated, but neither employees nor other vacationers were seen on the premises by the group from Russia. And when night fell on the mountain, it turned out that someone was indeed waiting for the arriving guests and now was not going to let them leave 'Plava planina'...
