With the development of the biomedical high-performance liquid chromatography method, the possibilities of applying chromatography in medical practice for predicting and diagnosing diseases, as well as for biochemical studies are significantly expanded.
The book consists of a common part and two special: "analysis of drugs in biological material" and "analysis of endogenous substances in biological material". The authors are mainly represented by their own developments, primarily using a unique domestic sorbent - ultra-shy polystyrene. Much attention is paid to simple and reproducible methods, taking into account the demand of domestic consumers and budget laboratories.
The book is addressed primarily by the doctors of clinical laboratory diagnostics and clinical pharmacologists, practicing therapeutic monitoring of drugs. The publication may also be useful to other specialists of the biological profile and students of the relevant specialties of higher educational institutions
