Biological therapy in rheumatology

The book is devoted to the biological therapy of rheumatic diseases - the most successful and promising direction in modern rheumatology. The authors lead a pathogenetic substantiation of biological therapy, describe the main ways of its development, consider specific methods of treatment and their results. The materials of the book indicate the essential advantages of biological therapy before the former treatment methods. Special attention is paid to its main drugs - inhibitors of the necrosis factor of alpha tumor, antagonists of interleukinov-1 and 6, anti-cell drugs, block plates of knitimulatory molecules.
