The musician who had once arrived from the Vologda, after the publication of his first vocal cycle, immediately found admirers and envious people. But even the latter ranked him to the classics of Russian musical art. Gavrilin paved his path in music and although he did not leave many works, but each in his heritage is worth its weight in gold, suffered in long, sometimes perennial search, in sleepless nights and concentrated thoughts.
