The monograph is dedicated to the artist of the Ural-Volga region Valentina Nikolaevna Chelintsova, whose work is considered in close interweaving with the problems and fate of Russian art of the late 1920s of the 1980s. Chelintsova is a painter, a sculptor, a teacher who raised many artists and architects in Chelyabinsk and Saratov. She worked in an original original and printed schedule, she achieved especially high creative results in book graphics, and she collaborated especially closely with the Publishing House "Children"s Literature. Chelintsova designed her original plastic vision in the manuscript "about symphonism in the composition of the picture", which is first published in this publication. The catalog of artistic heritage, the album of reproductions, the memoirs of scientists and letters are complemented by the final monograph. The publication is intended for art historians, historians and local historians, young artists, as well as for everyone who seeks to search and find the internal patterns of the movement of the art process and rise to new matters of knowledge and ideas about the icon of Russia of the twentieth century
