L.P. Beria, slandered by Khrushchev, became for many people the personification of evil. Meanwhile, being the closest ally of Great Stalin, he played an outstanding role in the creation of an invincible Soviet empire. In particular, thanks to Beria in the USSR in the shortest possible time, a nuclear shield was created in a difficult post -war period, which made the United States to attack the Soviet Union. Beria’s merits in front of the Soviet state were huge, he could have done more if he had not been meanly killed almost immediately after the murder of Stalin.
