The book made an attempt to present the features of the perception of the work of Mark Twain (real. - Samuel Langhorn Clemens) (1835-1910) in Russia from 1867 to the present. The collection includes materials demonstrating the identity and work of the writer in the context of Russian literature, criticism and culture. The book is opened by an extensive article by Yu. A.
