The first book in Russian historiography about the two hundredth -year history of the educational and pedagogical periodical. From the first issue and through all of its 1428 issues, the fate of the magazine is closely intersecting with the fate of the famous people of Russia - its rulers, political figures, military leaders, great scientists, poets, writers, journalists, historians, teachers and other cultural figures.
