This outstanding state and politician had and continues to have a significant impact on the world. However, many of his actions should be evaluated as criminal in relation to society and people. Almost solely managing the largest state on the planet for thirty years, he consistently led Russia and its people into a historical impasse, the exit from which is paid and will be paid for a long time that are unable to calculate human victims. But it is no less true that in many cases his contradictory behavior was caused by the fact that historical circumstances constantly put him in such conditions in which a normal person could not survive either political or physical terms
