The monograph examines the problems of the implementation of the Soviet national project in the 1920-1930s. On the example of Kazakhstan, the main directions and events of the history of the formation of the Kazakh Soviet political class, the mechanisms and significance of the relationship between the Center and the Kazakh Ethnopolitical Elite. Particular attention is paid to the history of the Bolshevization of the national cluster of managers, the ethnocultural specificity and the relationship of the processes of Bolshevization and Sovietization, power and ethnicity. The study is aimed at developing a more complete and accurate idea of the formation of the Soviet ethnopolitical elite as a key factor in the nationwide in the USSR of the 1920-1930s.
