The book of the famous historian of the philosophy of Arseny Gulygi is devoted to the outstanding German philosopher, a representative of German classical idealism. Friedrich Wilhelm Joseph Schelling early formed as a creative person - at 23 he was awarded the title of professor. Developing the principles of idealism, dating back to the ideas of Plato, Kant, Fichte, he developed the theory of objective-idealistic dialectics of nature as a living organism, an unconscious-spiritual creative principle. Schelling"s views were reflected in the work of German romantic poets, had a great influence on the development of Russian philosophical thought of the first half of the 19th century
