The autobiographical book of Kizito Mihigo published in French last year. A year has passed, and this book is translated into Russian.
Kizito Mihigo (07/25/1981-17.02.2020) - an outstanding modern Rwandy composer, singer and public figure, whose tragic fate is closely intertwined with the history of Rwanda. The narrative covers the period for about twenty years, starting from the 1994 genocide before the time of the conclusion of Kizito in prison, in which he fell as a "prisoner of conscience": his song composed on the 20th anniversary of the genocide, contradicted the nationalist interpretation of the events that the official Rwandy plants implants mode.
The book reflects a difficult spiritual search for a modern person who fell on the tip of the historical process. The suffering experienced by himself, his family, finally, by the whole people of Rwanda, did not embitter him, but led to music and God - Kizito Mihigo served all his life
