The second volume covers the period from the XIX to the beginning of the XX century. The main attention is paid to the development of Russian statehood, socio-political events and, of course, the history of foreign policy.
The material of the book is structured according to the problem-chronological principle. To each topic, the methodological algorithm of its study, lists of basic concepts, terms, names of historical figures, chronological tables, a list of recommended literature and sources are given. In the section “Historical Mosaic” fragments of historical documents and excerpts from scientific and historical research are given. Tom is well illustrated.
