Alexander Fedorovich Kerensky is a prominent public figure in Russia and one of the leaders of Russian Freemasonry at the beginning of the 20th century. In 1917, Kerensky became the Minister, and then the chairman of the Provisional Government - it was it that was overthrown by the Bolsheviks as a result of the October Revolution.
In his book A.F. Kerensky talks about the events taking place in Russia from the end of the 19th century to 1919. Despite a certain subjective approach, Kerensky’s memoirs are a unique evidence of the country"s political and social life in the era of "great shocks" and, most importantly, allow us to understand why the February and October Revolutions occurred in Russia: who stood behind them, what were the reasons for coming to power at first Liberals, and after them - the Bolsheviks
