Arkady Pavilsev is a Russian Soviet writer, screenwriter, playwright and journalist. During the Great Patriotic War, he served as a political worker of the RKKF, having the title of captain of the 1st rank. Together with Evgeny Petrov (co -author of Ilya Ilf), he got into a plane crash, he miraculously survived.
