The Soviet Union was not the country that would give its citizens the right to freely move from the state to the state and decide for themselves - to participate in the armed conflict thousands of kilometers from their homeland or not. All Soviet citizens who left in Spain were sent there by the corresponding structures - the People’s Commissariats of Defense, Foreign Affairs, Health, Internal Affairs, etc., all the “volunteers” were high -class specialists in their business, and what is called “in practice” they got the opportunity to test their knowledge and apply experience...
