Despite the uniqueness of closed letters of the Central Committee as a source about the state of the RCP (b) and its closest political landmarks, they are still not involved in scientific circulation. From archival documents it follows that at least since 1922 I.V. Stalin was the responsible editor of these vast and detailed reviews of the external and internal position of the party and the country and the author of entire fragments, fixing key political assessments and current party tasks, while detecting the direct ownership of the material and the remarkable breadth of the horizons.
This picture is not consistent with the stereotypical ideas about the incompetence of the Bolsheviks, who allegedly ignored for the sake of ideology, political and economic reality, with the image of Stalin-Engine and arrears, a cynical seeker of unlimited power. The severity of the problems that directly influenced the future of the world"s world"s first state of workers, the need to develop a strategy and tactics of the revolutionary movement determined the volume and complexity of work daily. We are talking about different types, and the character composed by the Stalinoists clearly loses to Stalin a documentary.
