George David Schwab - political scientist and historian, editor, scientist and teacher who survived in the Holocaust. He began an academic career at Columbia University, then continued at the city University of New York. In 1974, together with Dr. Hans Morgentau, the father of political realism in international relations, he became one of the founders of the independent "brain center", the National Committee on American Foreign Policy.
