Alexander Novikov - poet, singer, composer, author of more than three hundred songs, artistic director of the Ural State Pop -stage. In 1984, he recorded his famous album "Belie me, a cabman". Immediately after that, on a fabricated criminal charges, he was convicted and sentenced to ten years in prison.
