The life story of one of the most interesting characters in the theater world of the twentieth century is represented-Nikolai Alexandrovich Benois (1901-1988), whose life tied two beautiful countries: Italy and Russia. A talented artist and scenographer, for many years he was the director of the staged part of the legendary Milan Theater La Scala.
