The book is dedicated to the activities of Nazim Gadzhiev, an outstanding state party figure in Azerbaijan of the 50s-early 60s of the last century, one of the youngest, talented and popular secretaries of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Republic of that period. Fate gave Nazim Gadzhiev a breathtakingly small, but incredibly saturated with significant historical affairs, a segment of life, the culmination of which was his activity aimed at defending the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, at ensuring the interests of the Azerbaijani people.
