K.M. Dolgov - Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, author of more than 20 books and 500 articles. Its long -term scientific activity is associated with the Institute of Public Sciences at the Central Committee of the CPSU, the Faculty of Philosophy of the Moscow State University, the Institute of Philosophy of the USSR Academy of Sciences (RAS), the diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Moscow Conservatory, GITIS, the Art Institute named after V. Surikova. He taught and made lectures at many foreign universities (USA, Canada, Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Israel, etc) In Soviet times, he held responsible posts in the media, party and state bodies, in particular, headed by the publishing house "Art", the fiction sector of the Culture Department of the CPSU Central Committee, was the chairman of the All -Union Agency for Copyright.
