Paul Emil von Lettov-Borbek is a major major general who commanded Kaiser’s troops during the East African Campan of the First World War, in which German troops were not defeated until the end of the war. It is considered one of the best partisan commanders in history. In April 1914, Lieutenant Colonel von Lettov-Borbek was appointed commander of the German troops in Germanic East Africa. He won in all battles, even with a tenfold advantage of the enemy. In 1918, having learned from the documents of the prisoner of the British about the end of the war in Europe, he surrendered.
