Emma Calve (1858-1942) - French opera singer, soprano, one of the most striking primadons of her time. The artist left behind two books of memoirs: "My life" (1922) and "I sang under all heaven" (1940) For the first time translated into Russian, both books of memoirs, peculiarly complementing each other, are united in this publication.
