This book is the last in Jose de Hesus Martinese and one of the dozens of different authors about the legendary Panamanian “poor people” Omare Torrihose Errera, who achieved from the United States by negotiating and without a single shot of the return of sovereignty over the Panama Canal. The author of the book is a philosopher -marxist, known in Latin America both as a poet and a writer, for 7 years was a personal bodyguard of this national leader of the country, trying to build a fair and dynamically developing society on the basis of human dignity, independence and social justice. Written in the style of memories, interspersed with philosophical thoughts about a person, his place in history from the standpoint of historical materialism and dialectics. The publication of the book is dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the until the end of the not investigated plane crash, in which Omar Torrichos and several persons accompanying it on July 31, 1981 in Panama died
