It was he who introduced the world to the global, enduring value of Russian culture. Sergey Diaghilev can rightfully be considered the ancestor of the domestic show business. He managed to play on the shocking of the ideas of his troupe and purposefully saturate the performances with various modernist techniques at all levels of the composition: scenery, costumes, music, plastic - all carried an imprint of the most fashionable trends of the era. "Russian Seasons" raised European art to a qualitatively new level of development and to this day do not cease to inspire creative bohemia in search of new ideas.
